Store Policy: Refunds

Our client's complete product satisfaction determines our success, therefore, we accept all returns on unworn jewelry (for health & sanitary reasons). If the jewelry is defective and has been worn, a full refund will be offered. We ask that you contact us prior to returning / shipping items , so that we may issue you a Return Confirmation Number (RCN) in order to issue a refund. Return shipping cost will only be refunded in the event of a product being deemed defective.

As Artisans, we take pride in the jewelry we create, so we offer exceptional workmanship and pay attention to minute details in the designs. We choose quality materials and embellishments but there are rare incidences when materials are faulty and it isn't apparent until the jewelry is worn. Clasps break or become worn, silver or gold plating gets scratched, metals wear from constant rubbing, glass cracks, wire gets cut with sharp objects and certain metals tarnish naturally and some develop a patina over time. (Do not expose any jewelry to direct contact with perfume, detergents, creams, bleach or other chemicals). We ship most items in "anti-tarnish" gift boxes with anti-tarnish protection lining and provided that you store your purchase in this box, it will maintain it's beauty, fine finish and tarnishing will be minimal. If an item is defective due to faulty materials, we will gladly refund

or exchange the item.
